OneDrive is just 5 GB of free Cloud storage if you have an MS Account. If you don't keep alive your MS Account by signing on occasionally you potentially loose some of those as MS oddly (well what else.) put differing limits on each element of what is basically one MS Account.ĥ years for an MS Account, Xbox live, but 2 years(or is it 1 year or 18 months ?) for OneDrive, 1 year ? for Outlook Mail etc. MS Account = Outlook Mail Account + OneDrive Account(5GB/15GB free storage) + Xbox Live Account + Skype Account. You may have made an MS Account in Windows 8.1 as the Local Account option was made rather obscure and confusing at the time.
In there you will find access to OneDrive thus keep it alive and see if you have stored anything there. Sign in to your Outlook Mail Account separately, don't click on any Email links to be safe.
